The registration fee includes:

Welcome Reception and Participant Kit and to our affiliated conference Rhizomes;

Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops and Keynote presentations;

Conference lunches and coffee breaks;

Conference Program and Paper Proposals Book and digital Conference Proceedings;

Publication of accepted contributions in the Conference Proceedings (at least one of the authors should register and present at the conference)

The registration fee does not include:

Cultural guided tours (additional fee applies if selected)

Gala Dinner (additional fee applies if selected)

Transportation expenses

Accommodation: several hotels are available nearby the Conference venue. Further information on recommended accommodation will be available soon.
